With whom do we share your personal data?

SOLID EFFICIENCY will only share your data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our services. This is possible, for example, in the following situations:

  • To be able to provide our services, for example freelancers who work on behalf of SOLID EFFICIENCY ;
  • External suppliers that we engage for processing as described in this privacy statement, such as our ICT suppliers or a translation agency;

If a third party processes your personal data as a processor on behalf of SOLID EFFICIENCY, we will conclude a processor agreement that meets the requirements of the GDPR. When our website refers to another website, this statement no longer applies. This privacy statement only applies to the website of SOLID EFFICIENCY.

How are personal data secured?

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration of your personal data. You can think of the following examples of measures we have taken: websites are provided with an SSL certificate so that data is sent via a secure connection, mobile phones  are equipped with adequate screen protection, every computer from which work is carried out is equipped with an up-to-date up-to-date virus scan, e-mails are sent from a secure connection, each PC or laptop has an adequate password.
